The work in our women’s groups has just begun. Based on the needs expressed by the women themselves, we have created the following Groups:
Entrepreneurs
This group consists of women who run or have the ambition to pursue small business activities. The women have worked out their own business plans. During the course of the work, the women have worked on budgeting, future forecasts and identifying obstacles and difficulties they may encounter
Health
In this group, various themes related to health will be discussed, like disease prevention, family planning, nutritional education and other relevant topics. The women in the group will increase their knowledge in the purpose to help improve their and their families wellbeing. The women will also be taught how to spread this knowledge further.
Sewing & Braiding
The goal of this group is to help the women create a sewing studio and a hairdressing salon. Teaching will be ongoing in parallel with sales in both activities. The planning of the project is ongoing together with the women who will be responsible for teaching.
