There are great needs and a lot to do under this program. Our chairman recently wrote his thesis in waste management as part of his specialization in public health. He examined how the waste management is organized in schools in the municipality Annexe. The aim was to provide simple advice and guidelines to the municipality on how they and their principals could work to improve upon the waste management in their schools.
A longer-term ambition is to start a small recycling station that can prove that recycling is not only good for the environment but also economically beneficial.
