Our health center opened on October 17, 2016 and is located in a suburb of Lubumbashi (Congo’s second largest city). It is a resource-poor part of the city with a vulnerable and poor population. Our ambition is to make good healthcare available to this population and to provide quality care at a low price.We also have a program where extra vulnerable persons receive free healthcare. Over time, we hope to extend this program to include many more and finally be able to offer free healthcare for everyone. We have initiated a cooperation with the municipality where their local social services have the opportunity to refer patients to us.
